A team of explorers attempted to reach the top of a remote, unexplored volcano to find answers, in order to unravel the mystery of the eruption time and cause. In 2001, satellite images captured a mysterious"thermal anomaly" in an undeveloped volcano at the end of the Earth. The contents inside can provide new clues to help predict volcanic eruptions around the world. But the island is so remote and the conditions are so extreme that no one can reach the mountaintop to investigate the contents inside.
